This ensures the filter plate remains airtight during pressing. All technical specifications of JINGJIN filter plates strictly adhere to EU standards. The maximum membrane inflation pressure for “JINGJIN” high-pressure PP membrane filter plates can reach up to 4.0 MPa, representing the pinnacle of global advancement in this field.

1.Jingjin has developed a variety of filtration plates in diverse specifications and shapes.
2.Our plates are available in materials such as cast iron, steel Q235, cast steel, stainless steel, cast copper, aluminum alloy, PP, TPE elastomer, EPDM, NBR, and more.
3.Maximum feeding pressure is 3 MPa.
4.Features include high temperature and pressure resistance, excellent sealing and cake washing, corrosion resistance, short filtration cycles, and reduced cake moisture.
