Wastewater Filter Press Treatment System is a solid-liquid separation technology used in wastewater treatment. It filters wastewater containing solid particles in a pressure-driven manner to achieve effective separation of solids from liquids. This system is widely used in sewage treatment plants and industrial facilities to reduce the volume of sludge and wastewater, reduce treatment costs, and improve treatment efficiency.

The working principle of the filter press is to place sludge or wastewater between permeable filter cloths, and then apply high pressure to force water molecules through the filter cloths, leaving solid matter to form a filter cake. In this process, the main components of the filter press include the frame, filter plates, filter cloths, and closing mechanisms. The frame provides structural support for the other components, the filter plates provide chambers and channels for sludge and filtrate, the filter cloth acts as a barrier to capture solids while allowing water to pass, and the closing mechanism is used to push the plates together to apply pressure.

Jingjin’s filter cloths feature 50% more filtration holes per unit area compared to others, significantly enhancing filtration speed. The cloth is woven under controlled temperature and humidity conditions to eliminate fabric burrs caused by static electricity.

A key innovation is the monofilament filter cloth’s ability to facilitate the automatic detachment of filter cakes, effectively resolving a long-standing industry challenge.
