PP Filter Plate
Our filter plates are crafted using polypropylene (PP) material through a precision molding process. The filtration surface is designed with specialized channels to ensure smooth operation without any blockages.
JINGJIN plates are composed of TPE elastomer, fiberglass, and polypropylene, offering a unique combination of flexibility, toughness, and rigidity. After undergoing CNC machining, the flatness of our filter plates is maintained below 25µm, ensuring excellent sealing during pressing and preventing any leakage during feeding.
Our plates meet both the Chinese JB/T4333.3-2005 standard and the German DIN7129 standard, making them fully compatible with European and American products.
