What is an agitator?
Jingjin’s independently developed variable cross-section and variable inclination agitator (propeller type) is primarily used for mixing, decomposing, and reacting materials. This agitator operates mainly in an axial flow direction, achieving a 50% power savings compared to conventional flat paddle agitators. Equipped with Siemens fluid simulation software, the Jingjin Technology Center can simulate and analyze various paddle shapes to select the most suitable agitators for different materials.
Dynamic Simulation Analysis of Agitators Using Siemens CCM Software:
Jingjin can conduct three-dimensional and cross-sectional flow field analyses for specific industries, providing a more intuitive view of material flow within reactors. This allows for a more accurate and rapid determination of the optimal solution, enabling appropriate selections for stirring effect, power, speed, and stirring form.
Classification of Agitator Stirring Paddles:
1.Three-blade or four-blade flat plates are primarily used for slurry to prevent material settling.
2.Six-blade disc paddles are mainly used for dispersing and stirring gases in solutions.
3.Variable cross-section and variable inclination paddles are designed for mixing, decomposing, and reacting materials.
4.Frame-type stirring paddles are intended for high-viscosity materials to prevent settling.
What are the advantages of Mixer Shaft?
1.Efficient mixing: The mixing blades installed on the mixing shaft can mix the materials efficiently, ensure the uniform distribution of materials, and improve the mixing efficiency.
2.Structural stability: The design of the mixing shaft usually focuses on mechanical stability and durability, and can withstand long-term use and high-load operation.
3.Easy maintenance: Since the design of the mixing shaft is usually simple and easy to disassemble, maintenance and cleaning work are relatively easy to carry out.
4.Strong adaptability: The mixing shaft can be designed and customized according to the needs of different industrial applications to adapt to different mixing requirements and material characteristics.
5.Reduce wear: Especially in twin-shaft mixers, concrete is allowed to accumulate between the two shafts during operation, which can reduce the wear between the mixing arm and the bottom coating.
6.Reduce failure rate: Good design can reduce the possibility of failure and improve the reliability of the entire mixing system.
Comparison of Jingjin’s Mixers with Other Products:
1.Jingjin’s mixer frames are welded and formed from carbon structural steel, offering greater strength compared to traditional cast iron materials.
2.Jingjin’s stirring shafts can be processed up to 13 meters in length, with flange and hub parts machined as a single unit to ensure concentricity. Some manufacturers lack this capability, resulting in multi-section shafts with significant end swing.
3.The carbon steel rubber-lined stirring shaft is suitable for strong acid environments, featuring an 8-10 mm thick vulcanized butyl rubber lining to protect the main shaft from strong acids. It is suitable for various materials at temperatures below 90°C.
Application Fields of Agitators:
Agitators are applicable in industries such as sewage treatment, chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, mining, metallurgy, and more.
