Introduction to the Mobile Filter Press with Frame
The mobile filter press is a flexible industrial filtration tool that can separate liquids from solids effectively. It has a set of filter plates and frames. We press these together to start the filtration.
Jingjin makes the frame with Q345B material. It’s 1.4 times stronger than Q235 in tensile strength. This makes the filter press safer and more stable during operation. We use carbon dioxide shielded metal arc welding to make the oil cylinder seat, pressing plate, and thrust plate, so they work well and last a long time.
The main beam of Jingjin’s filter press has a welded box design. We make it with advanced submerged arc automatic welding technology. This makes the filter press stronger and more durable.
For parts that need painting, we use high – speed centrifugal bead blasting to remove rust and scale. Then, we apply MIO epoxy primer and acrylic polyurethane paint directly. This helps the paint stick better. This process saves hundreds of tons of putty every year, cutting costs and being good for the environment. It also improves the paint’s adhesion and gives the filter press better antimicrobial properties.
What is Mobile Filter Press
A Mobile Filter Press has a frame structure. It’s installed on a special transport vehicle, so you can move it whenever needed. It mainly does filtration and separates solids from liquids at different places.
This filter press can handle many kinds of liquids and suspended solids. You can process them right on the spot instead of taking the raw materials to a fixed treatment place. Its working principle is like a regular filter press.
First, use a feed pump to send the material into the filter chamber. When you apply pressure, the liquid goes through the filter cloth. But the solid particles stay on the cloth, and that’s how it separates solids from liquids.
Collect the filtered liquid. The solid part forms a filter cake. You can remove the cake after further processing. As for the filtrate, you can process it more, reuse it, or get rid of it.
