The Model 2500 High Pressure chamber Filter Plate can be used in:

We make our filter plates from polypropylene (PP) using a precision molding method. The filtration surface has special channels to keep the operation smooth and prevent blockages.
JINGJIN plates are made of TPE elastomer, fiberglass, and polypropylene. This gives them a unique mix of flexibility, toughness, and rigidity. After being processed in a CNC machining center, our filter plates have a flatness kept below 25µm. This ensures great sealing during pressing and stops any leakage when feeding.
Our plates meet both the Chinese GB/T4333.3-2005 standard and the German DIN7129 standard. So, they work well with products from Europe and America.
Compared to filter plates made to national standards, ours filter 20% faster. They also have higher density, more strength, better fatigue resistance, and anti-aging properties. This effectively doubles their performance.
Our filter plates can handle a maximum feeding pressure of 1.6 MPa. They’re designed to resist high temperatures and pressures. They have great antiseptic and airtight features. This leads to shorter filtering cycles, better processing results, and less moisture in the filter cake.
