Technical Advantages

1. We make Jingjin frames from Q345B material. Q345B has a tensile strength 1.4 times that of Q235. This makes the filter press operate more safely and stably.
2. We use carbon dioxide protection welding to make the oil cylinder seat, pressing plate, and thrust plate. This makes them more durable.
3. The main beam of the Jingjin filter press has a welded box structure. We use submerged arc automatic welding technology to manufacture it.
4. For all parts that need painting, we use high – speed centrifugal ball blast to remove scale and iron rust. After applying MIO epoxy build primer, we directly apply an acrylic polyurethane coating to ensure good adhesion. This process saves hundreds of tons of putty every year. It cuts costs, lessens the environmental impact, and improves the paint’s adhesion and the filter press’s corrosion resistance.
