Our filter plates are manufactured using polypropylene (PP) material through a precision molding process, featuring a specially designed filtration surface with channels that ensure smooth operation without blockages.

JINGJIN plates are composed of TPE elastomer, fiberglass, and polypropylene, providing a unique blend of flexibility, toughness, and rigidity. After processing in a CNC machining center, the flatness of our filter plates is maintained below 25µm, ensuring excellent sealing during pressing and preventing any leakage during feeding.

Our plates adhere to both the Chinese JB/T4333.3-2005 standard and the German DIN7129 standard, making them fully compatible with European and American products.

Compared to filtration plates manufactured according to national standards, our plates offer a 20% improvement in filtration speed, along with enhanced density, strength, fatigue resistance, and anti-aging properties, effectively doubling their performance.

The filter plates can withstand a maximum feeding pressure of 1.6 MPa. They are designed to resist high temperatures and pressures, providing excellent antiseptic and airtight properties. This results in shorter filtering cycles, superior processing outcomes, and lower moisture content in the filter cake.
