The filter plate is the essential component of a filter press, with its material, model, and quality directly impacting the machine’s overall filtration performance. The design of feeding holes, filter point distribution (filter channels), and water discharge channels varies based on the materials used. “JINGJIN” filter plates utilize imported TPE elastomer and high-strength polypropylene, combining the flexibility of rubber plates with the toughness and rigidity of polypropylene. This ensures the filter plate remains airtight during pressing. All technical specifications of JINGJIN filter plates strictly adhere to EU standards. The maximum membrane inflation pressure for “JINGJIN” high-pressure PP membrane filter plates can reach up to 4.0 MPa, representing the pinnacle of global advancement in this field.
