All components requiring painting undergo high-speed centrifugal bead blasting to effectively remove scale and rust. They are then primed with MIO epoxy primer and directly coated with acrylic polyurethane paint, ensuring optimal adhesion. This process not only saves hundreds of tons of putty annually, reducing costs and protecting the environment, but also significantly improves the paint’s adhesion and the antimicrobial properties of the filter press.

Mobile Filter Press is a filter press with a frame structure, mounted on a special transport vehicle, and can be moved at any time. It is mainly used for filtration and solid-liquid separation operations at different locations.
