Technical Advantages

Jingjin uses Q345B material to make the frames. Q345B has a tensile strength 1.4 times stronger than Q235. This makes the filter presses operate more safely and stably. Workers use carbon dioxide protection welding to make the oil cylinder seat, pressing plate, and thrust plate.

The main beam of the Jingjin filter press has a welded box design. We use submerged arc automatic welding technology to manufacture it. For all parts that need painting, we first use high – speed centrifugal ball blast to remove scale and iron rust. After applying MIO epoxy build primer, we directly apply an acrylic polyurethane coating to ensure good adhesion. This way, we can save hundreds of tons of putty every year. It cuts costs, lessens the environmental impact, and also improves paint adhesion and the filter press’s corrosion resistance.
