After each weft crosses the warp, we use a beating – up force of 0.3 – 3.5 tons to weave the best silk threads into high – density filter cloths with different hole patterns. So, our Jingjin filter cloths have 50% more filtration holes in the same area compared to others. This makes the filtration speed much faster. We weave the filter cloth in places where we control the temperature and humidity. This stops fabric burrs from static electricity.
Most importantly, our monofilament filter cloth can make filter cakes come off automatically. This solves a problem that has troubled the industry for a long time.
