Technical Advantages

Jingjin’s frames are constructed from Q345B material, which has a tensile strength 1.4 times that of Q235, ensuring safer and more stable operation of the filter presses. The oil cylinder seat, pressing plate, and thrust plate are crafted using carbon dioxide protection welding.

The main beam of the Jingjin filter press is designed with a welded box construction and manufactured using submerged arc automatic welding technology. All parts requiring painting undergo high-speed centrifugal ball blast descaling and iron scale removal. After applying MIO epoxy build primer, an acrylic polyurethane coating is directly applied to ensure optimal adhesion. This process saves hundreds of tons of putty annually, reducing costs and environmental impact while enhancing paint adhesion and the filter press’s corrosion resistance.
