Dosing Machine

JING JIN automatic dissolving, dispensing and dosing machine consists of feeder, dissolving tank, dilution tank, reservoir tank, return pump, dosing measuring pump, control system and base, etc. The machine will operate automatically only after the solid powdery raw material is fed into aggregate bin manually. Adding of dry powder of the machine can be completed   automatically or manually. Then, the dry power is diluted with water and stirred evenly in dissolving tank, conveyed to the dilution tank for stirring, delivered to storage tank for storage from dilution tank and pumped to pipes in proportion by the dosing pump, reached the dosing requirement.

How does Dosing Machine work?

1.Control system: The dosing device is equipped with an automatic control system to control the dosing process and adjust the dosing amount and frequency according to preset parameters and actual needs.
2.Metering pump operation: The metering pump is the core component of the dosing device. It usually adopts structures such as plungers and diaphragms. Through the reciprocating motion of the piston or diaphragm, it accurately absorbs and discharges the agent.
3.Agent delivery: According to the instructions of the control system, the metering pump sucks the agent from the drug storage box and transports it to the medium to be treated to achieve accurate delivery.
4.Mixing and stirring: In some dosing devices, the agent needs to be fully stirred after mixing with the water body to ensure that the agent is evenly distributed to achieve the best treatment effect.
5.Water quality monitoring: Some dosing devices are equipped with water quality monitoring equipment to monitor water quality parameters such as turbidity and pH value in real time, so as to adjust the dosing strategy in time.
