PP Filter Plate

Jingjin’s filter plates are crafted using polypropylene (PP) material through a precision molding process. The filtration surface is designed with a special channel that ensures smooth operation without any blockages. The composition of Jingjin’s plates includes TPE elastomer, fiberglass, and polypropylene, providing a unique combination of flexibility, toughness, and rigidity. Precision machining at the CNC center ensures that the flatness of each filter plate is less than 25µm, guaranteeing excellent sealing during pressing and preventing any leakage during feeding.

Our plates meet not only the Chinese GB/T4333.3-2005 standard but also the German DIN7129 standard, making them fully compatible with European and American products. Compared to plates manufactured according to national standards, Jingjin’s filtration plates offer a 20% improvement in filtration speed, along with enhanced density, strength, anti-fatigue, and anti-aging properties.

The filter plates can withstand a maximum feeding pressure of 1.6 MPa. They are characterized by their resistance to high temperatures and pressures, corrosion resistance, airtight sealing, short filtering cycles, effective processing, and low cake moisture content.
