The filter plate is a key part of a filter press. Its material, model, and quality directly affect how well the whole machine filters. The design of feeding holes, filter point distribution (filter channels), and water discharge channels changes depending on the materials we use. We make “JINGJIN” filter plates from imported TPE elastomer and high-strength polypropylene. This combines the flexibility of rubber plates with the toughness and rigidity of polypropylene. So, the filter plate stays airtight when we press it. All the technical specs of JINGJIN filter plates follow EU standards strictly. The maximum membrane inflation pressure for “JINGJIN” high-pressure PP membrane filter plates can go as high as 4.0 MPa. This is at the forefront of global progress in this area.
