The Jingjin frame is constructed from Q345B steel, which offers a tensile strength 1.4 times greater than that of Q235, enhancing the safety and stability of the Jingjin filter press during operation. The oil cylinder seat, pressing plate, and thrust plate are fabricated using carbon dioxide shielded welding, ensuring a robust and reliable structure.

The main beam of the Jingjin filter press is engineered with a welded box construction and is produced using advanced submerged arc automatic welding technology. To ensure durability and optimal performance, all components requiring painting undergo high-speed centrifugal ball blast descaling and iron scale removal. Following this process, a MIO epoxy build primer is applied, followed by a direct application of acrylic polyurethane coating. This method not only enhances paint adhesion and the filter press’s anti-corrosion properties but also eliminates the need for hundreds of tons of putty annually, thereby reducing costs and benefiting the environment.
