Application areas of Water Washing Vibrating Filter Press

We make the Jingjin frame from Q345B steel. Q345B has a tensile strength 1.4 times greater than Q235. This makes the Jingjin filter press safer and more stable when it’s operating. We use carbon dioxide shielded welding to make the oil cylinder seat, pressing plate, and thrust plate. This ensures a strong and reliable construction.
The main beam of the
Jingjin filter press has a welded box design. We use advanced submerged arc automatic welding technology to build it. To make sure all the parts that need painting work well and last long, we use high – speed centrifugal ball blast to remove scale and iron rust. After that, we apply a MIO epoxy build primer. Then, we directly add an acrylic polyurethane coating to make it stick really well. This way, we don’t need hundreds of tons of putty every year. So, we save money and help the environment. Also, it makes the paint stick better and the filter press more resistant to corrosion.
